The natural beauty of North America, the warmth of its people and the great Aficion for our Peruvian Paso Horse, served as inspiration for the creation of "Made in Peru". Back again in Peru, the idea began to take shape of setting up a means of promoting the special characteristics of our beautiful equine, the excellence of this beautiful part of America , of the tenacity and firmness of the breeders who, overcoming countless obstacles, have achieved to purify the PPH through many years of struggle and determination. They would later become our valued sponsors whom, together with our readers and collaborators, have given continuity to our effort.

Today we can say that the expectations are coming true, as we are reaching countries where our horse was unknown of, awakening the afición, to the point of receiving requests for information on early (and recent) issues, to continue learning about the history and life of the PPH. In answer to these to those wishes, very soon we will be announcing other services by “Made in Peru”.

On this opportunity a fervent / enthusiastic greeting to all the breeders, exhibitors, aficionados and spectators of the  National Show of Argentina; an event that is carried out with great success in the city of Salta every year at the beginning of May. To all of them, I dedicate this 34th edition with the same affection as always.

A very special greeting and “abrazo” to a great friend from Salta, Carlos Lecuona de Prat, staunch collaborator of the magazine who on this occasion is celebrating another year of life.

Happy Birthday, Carlitos, may God bless you!
