Suspiros de Limeña

Ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
7 eggs
½ pound sugar
Port wine


To Make:

Heat milks until setting point is reached. Cool.
Add the 7 beaten egg yolks and pour into small bowls or goblets.

Syrup: Boil together the sugar and Port wine until thread forms from the spoon.

Beat the 4 egg whites to a frothy meringue adding to each the Port Syrup.

Spoon this on top of each seving and sprinkle with cinnamon.
