4 Fish fillets of 150 gr. each one.
16 chives or green onions longitudinally chopped of aprox. 4 cm.
16 ginger strips sliced in the same way.
6 spoons of olive olive.
2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil.
2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds.
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 teaspoon of grated garlic.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Combine the two oils and heat until steaming.
Cut the semi-frozen fish into slices and arrange on the plate.
Add to each slice a bit of grated garlic.
Arrange the ginger and green onions next to each other.
Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and add to the fish.
*To serve: Pour the hot oil and add the toasted sesame seeds onto the fish.
