Classic Milk Dessert
Boil at low heat whole fresh milk with brown sugar in a ratio of one cup sugar for each liter milk.

Add whole cinnamon. Stir continously until bottom of pan can be seen.

* Labor-saving version but also slow:
Put an unopened can of sweetened condensed milk in a pan with water enough to reach halfway up the can.
Simmer for two hours making sure pan does not boil dry.
